About the training
The Ayurvedic Nutrition and Diet course is a comprehensive program that delves into the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, offering a profound understanding of the relationship between food, health, and well-being. Day 1 is ‘introduction to Ayurveda’. This package is including this first class. Please contact us if you have sufficient knowledge of Ayurveda and only want to take the two Nutrition & Diet classes.
