Because of the excessive moisture, there is a tendency to be slower in the spring than in the summer or Autumn. The higher level of moisture can also lead to a number of ailments like sluggishness, brain fog, excessive sleep, nasal congestion, poor appetite and so on. These imbalances can be overcome through dietary and lifestyle practices based on Ayurvedic principles.
