According to Ayurveda, this season calls for specific adjustments in diet and lifestyle to clear excess moisture, awaken digestion and restore lightness in body and mind. In this Ayurvedic Spring Balance session, you will discover practical, seasonal tools to gently reset your system and step into spring with clarity, energy and vitality.

About

Spring is a time for birth, new beginnings and growth. While there is a renewed sense of joy and inspiration for new things, there is also this heaviness from the winter that can make one feel lethargic and heavy. Because of the excessive moisture, there is a tendency to be slower in the spring than in the summer or Autumn. The higher level of moisture can also lead to a number of ailments like sluggishness, brain fog, excessive sleep, nasal congestion, poor appetite and so on. These imbalances can be overcome through dietary and lifestyle practices based on Ayurvedic principles.

In this Ayurvedic Spring balance session, you will learn what the common imbalances are when we move from winter into spring and the way to balance these through;

  • Simple lifestyle practices to bring balance
  • Daily routine practice that will remove the heaviness of winter
  • Ways to increase and maintain good digestion
  • Herbs and spices suitable for this time of the year
